Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Pours a very clear golden hue. The Nitrogenation process provides a beautiful cascade of soft carbonation. The head builds into a dense pillowy froth.
Nose: A hint of sweet malts are present, but the main aroma is floral hops.
Flavor: Very crisp and clean. The hops are only a little more prominent than the malt. The balance is almost even. The finish is creamy from the nitrogenation that demands another sip.

This beer should be served around 38 degrees, in a pint glass or tumbler.
