Gunslinger

Description:

Don’t let the badge fool you – Gunslinger is popular with lawmen and outlaw alike. This highly refreshing Pale Ale leads with pleasant floral and citrus aroma making a great choice any time of the year.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance:  Pours a very clear golden/ amber hue. Head is white and medium in structure, though dissipates to a thin layer.

Nose: A hint of sweet malts are present, but the main aroma is floral hops.

Flavor: Very crisp and clean. The hops are only a little more prominent than the malt. The balance is almost equal. The finish is also very clean, with hops being just a subtle aftertaste

Brewer’s Notes:  This beer should be served around 38 degrees, in a pint glass or tumbler.

Recipe Description: Pale malt is the base. Other Malts include 45 Lovibond crystal, Torrified wheat and vienna malts. Amarillo hops are used in both the flavor and aroma addition
