Our newest IPA is a blast from the Nordic past. Kveik literally translates to yeast in Norwegian. This unique yeast strain produces beautiful, juicy flavors and aromas of citrus and light stone fruit. The bitterness is extremely low, as we wanted to showcase the hop aroma in unison with the fermentation aromatics. The final result is a well rounded, juicy (yet clear) lower ABV IPA.
