Our flagship and our first release. A high rye bourbon finished in sherry casks to smooth out the rye, with a little sweetness in the background. Easy for everyone to drink, and a good door into bourbon for people who think they don't like it.

Notes

Nose: Cinnamon, clove, candied apples and apricots, and toffee
Body: Vanilla custard, waffle cone, sherry and mild cacao
Finish: Leather, toasted oak and pepper
