Accessibility: Lonerider
Last updated: October 2026
Lonerider wants everyone 21 and older to be able to use this site, find our beer and spirits, and plan a visit to a Hideout.
Our standard
We design and test the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That includes:
- Text alternatives for photos and illustrations
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator
- Color contrast that meets the guidelines for text and controls
- Pages that respect your device's reduced motion setting
- Forms and the beer finder that work with screen readers
- Hours, addresses and directions as plain text, never only inside an image
Known limits
Some of our label and poster art includes lettering that is part of the artwork. Wherever that lettering carries information, the same information is also on the page as text. Photos from our archive are described as well as we can.
Tell us about a problem
If anything on this site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email social@loneriderbeer.com with the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days. You can also call either Hideout: Wake Forest at (919) 453-5977 or Oak Island at (910) 613-7460.
The Hideouts
Both Hideouts are wheelchair accessible. If you have a question about access at a Hideout before you visit, give them a call.
