This policy covers loneriderbeer.com, run by Lonerider Brewing Company of North Carolina, together with Lonerider Spirits and the Lonerider Hideouts ("Lonerider", "we", "us"). It explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it.
Who this site is for
This site is for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
What we collect
Things you tell us. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you give them, your zip code and what you're interested in. When you use the trade or contact form, we collect your name, company, email, phone number and message.
Your age confirmation. When you confirm you're 21 or older, we store a small cookie (lr_age_ok) on your device for 30 days so we don't ask again on every page.
Location for the beer finder. If you search by zip code, we use that zip code to find places near you. If you choose "Use my location," your browser shares your approximate location with the page for that search only. We don't store it.
How the site is used. After you confirm your age, we use analytics to see which pages are visited, how people find us and whether the site works well, including searches in the beer finder. This information is collected through cookies and similar technology and is not used to identify you by name.
Advertising. After you confirm your age, we may use the Meta pixel to measure our ads and show Lonerider ads to adults who have visited the site. You can control ad personalization in your Meta account settings and your browser.
How we use it

- To show you places near you that carry Lonerider
- To keep the site working, secure and improving
- To measure and improve our advertising
- To meet our legal obligations, including keeping alcohol marketing to adults
Who helps us
We use service providers to run the site and handle information for us: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), our database (Supabase), site analytics (PostHog), advertising measurement (Meta), and email delivery for the newsletter and forms. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with others for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe, form messages for as long as we need them to follow up and keep business records, and analytics data in summary form. The age cookie expires after 30 days.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
- Clear or block cookies in your browser. If you block the age cookie, the site will ask your age again.
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing social@loneriderbeer.com.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other sites, such as the NC ABC Commission, social networks and review sites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
