- 1st Course, Crab Endive Salad paired with Jolo Golden Hallow white blend
- 2nd Course, Quail au vin over Jasmine rice paired with Jolotage Red Blend
- 3rd Course, Confit petite lamb rack with roasted vegetables and demi paired with Limited Edition Crimson Creek Vintage Red
- 4th Course, Local cheese from Paradox Farm and fruit platter paired with Sweet Vermouth
