Our very own executive chef, Ron West, Jr., has curated a four-course dinner paired with award-winning Lonerider Beer.
Seating is limited, so please reserve seats early.
- 1st Course: Salt and Peper Scallops, chili lime dust, and pea shoots
- 2nd Course: Winter Citrus Salad with charred pomegranate vinaigrette
- 3rd Course: Hop Braised Pork Belly with curried gourds over dried fruit studded jasmine rice
- 4th Course: Chocolate Raspberry Tart
