Traditional Kveik (yeast in Norwegian) is used to produce very unique tart and citrusy flavors.
Big citrusy aromas come from the hops as well as the yeast. Citrus is presented as lemon and orange. Peach is also picked up in the aroma as well. The body is well-rounded and somewhat full.
The bitterness is kept intentionally low. Pushing the hop additions to the end of the boil bring out big hop aromas that are perfect with the esters from the fermentation. The finish is slightly tart, yet clean.
