Deadwood is our Bourbon Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout. Nitrogen conditioning gives this rich, strong beer a pleasant creaminess.
We use a neutral 2row malt as the base for this beer. Chocolate malt and Roasted barley are used for color and flavor. Munich malt helps give this beer richness as well. Only a single bittering hop addition is used. A traditional english ale yeast is used to ferment this strong stout.
