We’ve rounded up some great malts and hops for Hoppy Ki Yay IPA Blood Orange. This straw-colored ale is hopped with Mosaic and Idaho 7. The Hops are balanced out by a mild body from the malts. 

Slight malt sweetness is overpowered by the smell of hops. Tropical and citrus fruits such as mango, orange, and pineapple are the primary aromas that are contributed from the hops. The addition of blood orange puree and even more of juicy citrus aromas that play very well from the fragrance of the hops.
