Join us for our first stop on our Boxing ‘N Brews Tour! This event will be held at Lonerider Brewing Company!!
What is Boxing N Brews?
– Boixng HIIT Power Hour workout follwed by a much needed opprotunity to unwind with an awesome tap selection by Lonerider Brewing Company!
– 45 min workout run by a group of trainers! 10min cardio based warmup to start. Then 6 stations that are 3mins a piece, and finishing with 10minutes of core work!
-The Power Hour is an authentic full-body boxing workout that challenges your body, clears your mind and completely engages your spirit. Our signature Power Hour utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core and your confidence.
