Chamber #6 Session IPA
This session is a lightly hopped India Pale Ale showcasing our base 2row and Mosaic hops
Pours a straw colored hue with minimal haze. The head is light to medium with adequate retention.
This simplistic IPA has subtle aromas of melon and tropical fruit. These notes are counterbalanced by sweet malt aromas of honey.
The flavor follows the nose. Hops and malt balanced very well with neither overpowering the other. Hop flavor has some tartness to it with more citrus notes as well.
This beer should be served at 38-42 degrees. With a simple fresh beer like this, it is even more important that the draftlines are clean and the glasswear is beer clean. We suggest serving this in a pint glass or belgian tulip
2 row pale malt, vienna and light crystal makes up the grist. Mosaic hops make up the entire hop bill. Most of the hops are used at the end of the boil and dry hopping, to intentionally keep the bitterness low.
